We ship Australia-wide using trusted courier partners (e.g., Australia Post, Sendle).

4. Warm Weather & Chocolate Safety

Chocolate is sensitive to heat. During warmer months, we use protective packaging (insulation/cooling packs when necessary) to reduce melting risk.

Please ensure someone is available to collect the parcel promptly on delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for products left unattended in hot conditions.
5. Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping details at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge additional shipping to resend.
6. International Shipping

At present, we primarily ship within Australia. For international orders, please contact us at info@sapphy.com.au to check availability and conditions.
7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
